Another Character Concept

Mr. Sullivan likes this guy the most. Just wanted to know what you guys think? Should this be the character?

I will actually use this blog. I think I will. It's probably better then Myspace. I will attempt to put up drawings (even though they all suck !_!) oh well, practice makes better.
